How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order is processed, it usually takes 5–7 business days to reach you. Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays or courier logistics delays.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and confirm your order — it's that easy.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — you can cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible so we can assist you.
What happens if I'm not available when the delivery arrives?
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned back to us.
Please make sure your address, city, and contact details are entered correctly while placing your order.
How much are the delivery charges?
A PKR 250 delivery fee applies to orders below PKR 5000.
Orders above PKR 5000 qualify for free shipping.
How do I return a product?
We offer hassle-free returns only if the product is damaged or tampered with upon delivery.

Do you deliver to my city?
Yes — we deliver to almost all major and minor cities and districts across Pakistan through our courier partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
