Return & Refund Policy

Depending on customer preference and product availability, eligible cases may be resolved through either an exchange or a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for product exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do offer returns and refunds if your purchase falls under the conditions mentioned below:

Quality Issue:
If you receive an order with quality issues or defects in the product.

Printing Issue:
In the rare event of a printing error or discrepancy between the product received and the product shown on the website (for example: wrong color or size).

Late Delivery:
If your order is delivered more than 15 days beyond the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase, and the delay is not attributable to factors beyond our control.

In either of the mentioned cases above, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order by contacting us and sharing clear pictures of the goods. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund upon verification of the issue. Return arrangements may involve coordination with our fulfillment partners and will be communicated to the customer upon approval.

Please Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see may depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will exactly reflect the color of the product on delivery.

Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support a refund. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • If the item is used, worn, or not present in its original packaging.
  • If the item is not in the same condition as it was when received.
  • Items purchased on sale or under special offers.

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts

We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds in cases of misuse of this policy or repeated unsupported claims.

Return Process

This process applies to both approved exchanges and refunds. To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team via support@awokenculture.com or WhatsApp +92 3241177425 within 2 days of receiving your order.

You will be asked to share photographs of the product.

If you are eligible for a return, our support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.

Refunds are typically processed within 4–5 working days.  For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
