We are not obligated to honour orders placed under obvious pricing or listing mistakes.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not store payment details.

Account creation is optional; customers may check out as guests.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that appear suspicious, excessive, or intended for resale without authorisation. Bulk purchasing or reselling under the Awoken Culture brand without written permission is prohibited.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Orders may be fulfilled and delivered by third-party logistics or fulfillment partners. Therefore, delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, courier issues, weather conditions, or operational disruptions. Delays alone do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Eligibility for Returns

Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unworn and unused, have original tags intact, not be altered, be supported by clear images when requested.

Responsibility & Costs

Product handling or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is proven to be our fault.
If an error or defect is confirmed on our side, we may offer:
a replacement or a refund (only if exchange is not feasible or declined).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address provided by the customer, courier delays beyond our control, minor color or appearance variations.

Customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries or provide incorrect information may be refused future service.
